Acceptable Use Policy

Subtally is for tracking your own personal or household subscriptions: building a ledger, setting renewal reminders, spotting overlaps, drafting your own cancel or downgrade emails and exporting the results. Use it lawfully and for its intended purpose.

• Break the law, or use the studio to help anyone else break the law.
• Enter other people's personal or financial data without their consent.
• Paste bank logins, card numbers, passwords or other credentials — the tool does not need them.
• Try to use Subtally as a bank, payment service, money-transfer tool or account information service; it is none of these.
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing or malicious.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, probe or interfere with the service or its security.
• Resell, sublicense or pass off the service or its outputs as your own product.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any brand or organisation.

Keep entries and messages to genuine subscription tracking. Do not attempt to generate misleading financial claims, or content that infringes intellectual property or third-party rights. You are responsible for what you enter and for how you use the outputs.

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close accounts that breach this policy or put the service or others at risk. Serious or illegal misuse may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
